AAH-I is an important and well recognized player in Primary Health Care (PHC), ensuring access to basic health care with strong community participation in very challenging and fragile environments. We Support communities to become active participants in governance, civil society strengthening and peace building and development processes. Our approach on research is to provide an evidence base to support delivery of our work. We are currently in collaboration with global research institutions and funding bodies. We have far-reaching experience in managing humanitarian operations, logistics and multi-sectoral refugee programmes in South Sudan, Uganda and Zambia. For close to a decade, AAH-I has been providing professional services in climate change response, sustainability, sustainable energy and capacity building to tackle environmental degradation.
