In the framework of the project WAHIS+ to modernize its web application “World Animal Health Information System”, the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) is looking for a firm to carry out the development and implementation work and provide additional services required to fully support the project all along. The Request For Information (RFI) aims at obtaining information about contractor’s capabilities in several aspects of Application Development, Software Integration, IT Outsourcing services and Change Management. The OIE is looking for a supplier of these services over a 10-plus year period, subject to negotiation. The Request For Information describes the OIE's objective for Phase II of the project, and presents the scope of services that the OIE is requesting from this future partner. Responses should be made in English regarding this RFI.
