The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq would like to invite qualified insurance companies to participate in the (Health Insurance Contract for the Ministry staff working at missions abroad with their families)..
Bidders interested in participating in this tender are requested to contact the Ministry through the following E-mail: (hindep@mofa.gov.iq), to receive tender documents.
Offers shall be addressed to the Health Insurance Committee at the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and submitted in sealed envelopes to the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Istanbul before 15/8/2018 in original copies against unrefundable fees of ($1000).
Bidders, before submitting their offers, can approach the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Istanbul between 13-14/8/2018 for any query or clarification.
Offers received after the above mentioned closing date, or those don't comply with the terms and requirements mentioned in the tender documents shall be ignored.
