The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq would like to invite qualified insurance companies to participate in the (Health Insurance Contract for the Ministry staff working at missions abroad with their families)..
Bidders interested in participating in this tender are requested to contact the Ministry through the following E-mail: (hindep@mofa.gov.iq), to receive tender documents.
Offers shall be addressed to the Health Insurance Committee at the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and submitted in closed and sealed envelopes to the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in London before 25/9/2018 in original copies against a non-refundable fee of ($100).
Bidders, before submitting their offers, can approach the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in London between 20-21/9/2018 for any query or clarification.
Offers received after the above mentioned closing date, or those don't comply with the terms and requirements mentioned in the tender documents shall be ignored.
