We are a feminist organization that for 16 years has contributed to create a democratic and just society through knowledge, innovation and the formation of social leaderships with a gender, rights and intercultural perspective.
The Simone de Beauvoir Leadership Institute (ILSB) seeks communities to speak by their own voice, which is why they have specialized in the formation of social leaders through capacity building and knowledge. We work with women and men in advocacy, research and training on a wide variety of issues related to gender equality and social justice, promoting dialogue, citizen articulation and the link between work at the local, national and international levels .
