ALTRI Center is a research, professional, cultural, independent, non-governmental and non-political organization. ALTRI is a non-profit organization in the form of the Center, established in 2011. The center operates under the law no. 8788, dated 07.05.2001 "On Non-Profit Organizations", and was registered in the Register of Non-Profit Organizations at the Tirana First Instance Court with Decision No. 705, dated 16.12.2011.
