Green Eyes runs an animal rehabilitation clinic, conducts environmental outreach and education programs, and provides trainings to local-law enforcement on illegally traded endangered species. Green Eyes' strong environmental education and outreach programs are targeted to local middle and high-school students; they also conduct field trips with students during summer camp programs.

In 2006, Green Eyes launched their water pollution program focused on the Ao River. Green Eyes held trainings in eight cities and developed a "River Guard" program where citizens were equipped with cameras to document illegal activities. Green Eyes lead field trips for over 300 students to visit and research the Ao River. Green Eyes also distributed 5000 copies of educational materials to people living in the Ao River basin. Green Eyes currently runs an Ao River blog.
