The Swaziland Business Coalition on HIV and AIDS (SWABCHA) is an independent, non-profit organisation that brings together private sector companies, unions, government, civil society and development partners to ensure an effective national private sector response to HIV/AIDS.
On a micro level, they assist small and large businesses initiate and maintain workplace wellness programs that tackle the full spectrum of employee health issues, keeping workers happy, healthy and productive.
