Zi Teng is a non-governmental organization formed by people of different working experiences. They are social workers, labor activists, researchers specializing in women studies and church workers etc. who care and concern about the interest and basic rights of women.

Activity Range

Outreach work

Two nights a week, they contacted the districts to provide legal and health advice and help them establish mutual support networks. It has 24-hour paging services that should be urgently needed, such as: legal procedures, health and other social resources.

Publishing and video production

-Most sex workers, whether women who come to Hong Kong either locally or from mainland China, do not know much about local laws and other social resources. Therefore, we will issue leaflets to introduce relevant laws and other social resources and let them know the workplace. The dangers that may be encountered within you, how to protect yourself.

-Publishing sex worker case sets, documenting their stories and reflecting their problems.

-Produce videotapes of sex workers in Hong Kong so that members of the community can better understand their lives and their situation.

-Improving public attitudes towards sex workers through special studies and publications
