They are a member-driven organization where the annual meeting is the highest decision-making body. At the annual meeting, held in May each year, members have the opportunity to influence our work. The annual meeting decides on motions from members or local groups, determines the direction of their future operations and elects the Board.

Their Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the activities, both in Sweden and in southern Africa, and give a mandate to the office and the regional office to carry out the work. At the Stockholm office is their Secretary General and their operations manager, which manages and distributes work. In Johannesburg is their regional office where the regional co-ordinator is responsible for operations in Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
