Aguayuda is a 501(c)(3) public charity that was established in 2006 by a uniquely qualified team with a wide range of skills and experience. Aguayuda (Agua = Water, Ayuda = Help) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve life and health in poor rural communities through clean water and education. By 2014, Aguayuda will empower 20,000 people in poor rural communities with the tools and knowledge to improve their quality of life.

We envision a world where all people have sustainable access to clean water, proper sanitation, and the skills and knowledge necessary to build and maintain healthy, flourishing communities. Aguayuda provides clean water and education to thousands of vulnerable people in developing countries through the implementation of cost-effective, sustainable water and sanitation solutions. Our work helps build healthy communities where children are able to spend more time in school, and adults have more time to work as well as participate as productive members of the community.

Aguayuda is proud to report that since our first project was implemented in 2009, we have, and still are, providing clean water, and education, to 4,200 people in thirteen impoverished communities in South and Central America.
