Non-profit, non-political organization in the Kyrgyz Republic, registered in the form of a public foundation on April 11, 2011.

The mission of the organization is to assist in achieving social harmony, prosperity and the creation of an economically developed society in Kyrgyzstan through the promotion and support of local development initiatives. 

What they do:

ADI adheres to the concept where the key element of the production system is small farmers, small producers, which is why they are the main participants in their initiatives. ADI supports and promotes local initiatives in food security, nutrition, agrobiodiversity and agroecology.

TIDA helps local communities, small farmers, rural women and young people to carry out efficient and productive production activities in rural areas. The ADI team helps villagers create Mutual Assistance Groups (GWPs) with a special focus on involving rural women to unite efforts, knowledge, and opportunities. The AID team has developed its own social mobilization approaches for local communities based on their own 20 years of experience in community development.

ADI supports initiatives on agrobiodiversity, agri-environmental approaches by promoting the use and production of local varieties of vegetable seeds, taking into account traditional knowledge and spiritual and moral approaches.

ADI is raising awareness about good nutrition and balanced nutrition among vulnerable families. ADI helps schools develop school farms for the production of clean agricultural products for school canteens, helps organize school training sites for the full development of children.
