BISAP is the acronym of “Bangladesh Integrated Social Advancement Programme”, a community based non- political, non-profitable and non-government development organization has been working with Providing health services to distressed and most vulnerable mother and children who are socially backward and economically poor living in Chittagong Port city in open sky without sun and moon. Emphasizing mainly for their right and control over resources since its inception in the year 1989.

The organization has provided its maximum effort and endeavor in the interest of most neglected and backward minority mother and children who are living in inhuman condition. They are victim of acute poverty, ill-health and civic inertia. The inhabitant of the area are just thinking about their mere survival. Almost all of them are living below the poverty line. Where they are operational there is no NGO or any other Govt. and private organization has yet emerged to share the sorrows and inhuman sufferings of the people. BISAP, emerged as people’s organization to serve the poor, distressed, powerless and socially neglected mother and children irrespective of caste creed race and religion who are away from all participatory objective of the society in relation to worldly peace, Prioritizing the common means participation in social activities and awarding them of their due right and control over resources.

Vision Statement:

BISAP looking for a society where there is no poverty, illiteracy, exploitation and ensure the right of children to survivor, development protection and participation.

Mission Statement:

It is dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights, in particular of children underprivileged women conforming to the principles of UN Conventions relating to human rights.

Goal of the Organization:

Assist in the implementation of vision 2021 to enhance the protection of the rights of children and women and to reduce domestic and other forms of violence in Bangladesh.

Objectives of the Organization:

To strengthen the child protection service in Bangladesh through providing services, counselling, rehabilitate and reintegrate the abused and at risk children and support the Thematic area National Plan of Action for children (Protection from Abuse, Exploitation and Violence)
