The Great Schools Partnership (GSP) is a free-standing tax-exempt organization that serves as an operational partner for making Knox County Schools globally competitive.

The organization was formed in 2005 as an outgrowth of the “Every School a Great School” symposium to align efforts by leaders from the public and private sectors. The shared vision is to take Knox County Schools from good to great, with coordination through a single agency.
