The Arab Organization for International Cooperation works to spread transparency values in the Arab region to make strong public awareness against corruption . It uses media, education, and human development as main tools to fight against corruption and decrease poverty that resulted from corruption and non transparency. The Arab Organization for International Cooperation target among others especially youth and women in Arab Society in its programmes against Corruption. In 2006, the NGO participated successfully at the 12th IACC in Guatemala with a paper titled "The gender and anti corruption confrontation: How to access to justice and local governance".
