Since 1981 The Jessie Hopkins Hinchee Foundation and Hinchee Homes have been serving the needs of the developmentally disabled and passionately advocating for the rights of those who do not always have a voice.

Hinchee Foundation is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing them with a safe and comfortable home environment, promoting their health, self-sufficiency, happiness, and seeking their greater acceptance in the community.

This is accomplished through the management of three Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) as well as providing education, information and advocacy for the clients and all individual with developmental disabilities.
