VinaCapital Foundation was established in 2007 as a US-registered 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit, tax-deductible organization, and licensed as an international NGO in Vietnam.
The Foundation’s strength is its ability to implement development and humanitarian projects in Vietnam in a completely transparent manner.
The vision is a Vietnam where all children, regardless of health complications or a lack of access to education, can take advantage of the numerous opportunities available so that they may contribute to society and accomplish their dreams.

VinaCapital Foundation aims to achieve this goal and realize the mission through the unique approach:
> Building capacity to prevent needless death in the pediatric health care system of Vietnam and Myanmar, with programs in cardiac care, intensive care, neonatal care and emergency care, through training and equipment donations
> Advocating and providing financial relief and funding for surgeries for poor families in Vietnam with a child with a catastrophic illness, disability, or tumors
> Mentoring and supporting the education of ethnic minority girls

Building Capacity for Pediatric Care - Increasing capacity for pediatric and cardiac care through equipment and training.
Building Leadership Capacity Through Education - Provides scholarships, mentoring, and academic support for at-risk populations.
