CIPACTLI, Forestry and Wildlife Restoration Agency SC is made up of a group of professionals from the environmental, forestry, and agricultural and livestock management sector whose goal is to promote sustainable development under conservation and natural resource management schemes.

CIPACTLI was registered and constituted under the applicable Mexican laws in force on March 1, 2014 and emerges as a response to the needs detected during the professional work of its members in the forest and rural development sector, the use and conservation of resources natural, development of environmental management projects, restoration and spatial planning that imposes challenges that have to be addressed from different perspectives through multidisciplinary working groups.

In the years of its existence, work has been carried out on the development of strategies at different scales, from the state level to the "Rural Economy" project for the Government of the State of Baja California Sur; Regional Impact projects through different strategies in UMAFOR 301 in conjunction with the Mulegé AC Association of Forest Developers in matters of Strategic Planning and Management, Fire Management and regional strategies for Forest Pest Evaluation and Control. In addition to the development of Community Territorial Ordinances with ejidos and projects with small owners in the field of sustainable use of natural resources, conservation and forest restoration.

Another important line of work is the justificatory technical studies for land use change and Environmental Impact Manifestations and above all, compliance programs of terms and conditions that emanate from them and where compensatory processes are developed such as reforestation and restoration programs in all its stages, soil and water conservation works and wildlife and flora rescue programs, among others.

Finally, and looking for the complementarity of the services, the productive aspect of the territory has been contemplated, working with agricultural product systems in SAGARPA and CONAZA mainly.
