Centro Eure is a Civil Society dedicated to applied research , consultancy, evaluation, specialized advice, training and dissemination. Their work consists of generating knowledge from applied research, reflection and debate, which allows developing solutions to the public problems faced by cities and regions. 

They are a group of experts with great critical capacity , always constructive and with a proactive approach , concerned about the problems that hinder development. Therefore, they concentrate on recovering and generating knowledge that can be applied to improve the quality of lifeof people, particularly those with lower incomes. 

Among the experts that make up Eure Center they have specialists in planning, urban and regional development, sustainable development, public policy, land, housing, urban legislation, geography and geographic information systems and indicators.

They are dedicated to advising, supporting and guiding decision makers (public and private) on strategic issues, as well as providing information, inputs and arguments for the design and implementation of public policies. 

They carry out evaluations of public programs in order to know their results and impacts, so that they can be fed back and improve their performance, achieve their objectives and solve the problems for which they arise.
