Registered as a Public Trust in 1987/88, to support, promote, facilitate and organise services for the development and empowerment of the poor; with a special focus on women, children, vulnerable groups and rural households. Janodaya has been associated with prisoner’s reforms and rehabilitation programmes since 1994. It is now time for Janodaya to facilitate peaceful and joyous life to the senior citizens (deserted by families) languishing in prison to be released, sheltered and provide for their needs till death

• Empower communities and groups for collective power, participation and action.
• Promote and network for livelihood and human rights of target groups.
• Create facilities and platforms for knowledge sharing and support schemes from government + resource agencies for:- Childrens groups, Youth groups, Community groups
