Xaley Foundation

For a decade now they have decided to help strengthen the African Movement of Children and Young Workers (MAEJT) , a self-managed youth social organization that is fighting for the rights of children. They are committed to contribute to achieving their goals, and they do it by their side, in the cities of Thies, Louga and Diourbel in Senegal. Through joint work they strive to improve their living conditions through the exercise of their Rights, strengthening their capacities (together with theirs) to continue to be actors of social transformation in their respective contexts and to continue to grow as referents of the protection of children and youth social leadership in their communities.

Xaley contributes to the strengthening of its capacities with  training, coaching and mentoring ; accompanies them in the consolidation of its structure, working the sustainability of its movement ; contributes to the improvement of its scope,  measuring its impact ; financially supports their projects and builds international alliances to support and help them innovate by improving their current lives and prospects.

Xaley seeks to put youth initiative in value to inspire and infect there and here.
