Interchange Sheffield is an emotional well-being service for children and young people under 25. They provide a range of interventions aimed at supporting their emotional well-being and mental health, including counselling, art therapy, therapeutic group work, resilience building and mental health aware-ness raising workshops. They are deeply committed to young people’s involvement. They provide participation opportunities for young people, and the service user group, the Mental Health Ambassadors, helps to steer the organisation.
