Established on 8 March, 1997, the Association Concerning Sexual Violence Against Women (“The Association”) is a non-government charitable organization founded by a group of women who are concerned about women’s rights, in particular sexual violence against women. The Association work to raise awareness on sexual violence against women, advocate for both the government and the community adequate support to victims to defend their rights and restore their lives with confidence and dignity, also to create a society with gender equality.
