They run enterprise programmes in developing communities that team up exceptional young people from around the world with passionate local micro entrepreneurs. Together, these international teams imagine, test and refine exciting new business ideas.

They support entrepreneurs to strengthen their skills and invest in them to help them grow businesses that generate income and lead sustainable development.

Their approach to development is a first – combining international volunteering with startup education, consultancy support and investment – and their ambition is to scale the model globally to create 1000s of jobs.

Since 2012 they have worked with over 1500 entrepreneurs and over 250 fellows investing in over 400 businesses. They currently run programmes in Kenya, Uganda, Ghana and the Philippines.
