Karrayili (meaning Middle-Aged people) was established in 1982 by a group of Aboriginals from the Fitzroy region to strengthen people’s skills and voice in achieving individual and community goals, particularly when negotiating with government and other agencies. Karrayili continues to provide a range of training and community services that meet the needs Fitzroy Valley communities. Karrayili prides itself on enriching the lives of people and strengthening community through the development of skills, knowledge and understanding in a cross cultural environment.
