The Object Of The Contract Is Specified In The Supply, Installation, Configuration And Maintenance Of The Screen Of The Auditorium As A Service, For A Duration Of 5 Years. Regarding The Scope Of The Project, It Includes All The Necessary Actions For The Commissioning Of The Equipment And The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance During The Duration Of The Contract. Considering That This Is The Contracting Of A Service, The Company Will Be Responsible For All Relations And Management Of Equipment Guarantees In Relation To The Manufacturer. To Improve The Availability Of The Equipment And The Response Time For Solutions, The Supplier Will Also Provide Basic Training To Tecnocampus Technicians, To Be Able To Solve Minor Incidents Or Simple Configurations. With The Previously Described In The Scope Of The Project Will Be Considered: • The Supply Of All The Equipment. • The Installation Of The Data Cabling (Fibre And Utp) From The Control Unit To The Screen • The Electrical Installation Of The Screen To The Stage Panel That Will Be Supplied By Tecnocampus. • Installation And Start-Up Of The Equipment, Including The Configuration Of The Equipment. • Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, With The Level Of Services And Guarantees Described In The Specifications • Training Plan.
