The Activities Covered By The Contract Are Aimed At Dependent Elderly People, Who Need Organization, Supervision And Assistance In The Development Of Activities Of Daily Life. Due To The Type Of Residents, Effective And Safe Nutrition Must Be Offered To People Who Suffer From Oropharyngeal Dysphagia, Who Must Follow A Triple Adaptation, Following The Criteria Of The Center'S Health Hygiene Manager, Rheological Adaptation (Adapted To The Patients' Ability To Chew And Swallow And Avoid Aspiration Or Waste), Nutritional Adaptation (Protein - Energy Contribution), Organoleptic Adaptation (Appearance, Taste, Smell). The Service Covered By This Contract Includes The Entire Process, From The Purchase And Supply Of The Raw Material, Its Conservation, Preparation, Internal And External Transport Of The Food To The End User. Within The Services For Residents And Users Of The Day Center, Hydration And Food Supplements Are Included.
