A Contract on Protecting the Ministry's Building by Using K9 |

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq announces a tender for concluding a contract on protecting the Ministry's Building by using K9 (Police Dogs). The owners of the reliable companies in the field of providing the K9 service (police dogs) are kindly requested to visit the ministry's headquarters situated in Baghdad/ Salhia area to obtain all the tender's documents and requirements for an amount of non refundable ($100) one hundred American Dollars, but the reliable foreign companies are excepted from the payment of the tender's documents and requirements fees in accordance with the article (4/ First/ B) of the regulations for implementing government contracts no (2) of 2014.
The offers shall be delivered in closed and sealed envelopes at the afore-mentioned address not later than twelve o'clock pm on Sunday 23/9/2018 in exchange of a receipt certifying this delivery; the offers' validity shall not be less than (180) days starting from the tender's closing date conditioned that the offers shall be accompanied by the primary deposit of (1%) of the estimated cost amount. It is worth mentioning that a conference shall be held at the ministry's headquarter at twelve o'clock sharp pm on Monday 17/9/2018 to answer the questions and queries raised by the applicant companies. The offers shall be opened by the tender opening committee on the same day of the tender's closing date. Any offer that doesn't meet the conditions mentioned in the announcement as well as the tender documents' conditions shall be excluded. The company that is awarded the tender shall bear the fees of the announcement publication.
