   i. Similar experience in fuel supply business, minimum the bidder must provide proof that it has satisfactorily completed one (1) contract in the last ten (10) years for supply of minimum 700,000 liters of light fuel oil;
ii. The bidder must provide proof that it has access to financial resources such as working capital, lines of credit, cash in bank and other financial means to meet the cash flow requirement of USD 400,000.00 (Four hundred thousand US Dollar);
iii. Soundness of bidder’s financial position demonstrated through audited financial statements for the last three (3) years (as a minimum, a bidder’s net worth calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities must be positive); and
