In accordance with article 89, of Decree Law 10/2005 of the Procurement Legal Regime, the Eletricidade the Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) would like to announce its intent to award the following contract:

Wining Bidder: Pertamina International Timor S. A
Contract Amount (US$) 1,812,531.60 inclusive all taxes

Project description: Re-tender package for Supply and Delivery of 1,445,400 Liters of Light Fuel Oil & Related Services to EDTL Atauro Sub Station with Temporary Deposit at EDTL Central Comoro, Dili ICB/00199/EDTL-EP-2022.

We further inform that this Intent to Award is based on the Evaluation Committee’s decisión taking into account the combined Technical ratio (30%) and Price ratio (70%). Evaluation of the proposal submitted by the firm is as follows:

Bid No.2 Pertamina International Timor S.A (Tech Score: 97; Price Score: 100; Combined Score: 99.10.

Pursuant to paragraph (1) of Article 98 of the Procurement Legal Regime, any protest/claims must be submitted, in writing, to the Eletricidade de Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) within five working days from the posting date of this tender result.
