   1. Minimum requirement qualification documents:
The eligible company shall meet the following minimum qualifiation criteria for boht lots were the same;

i. FINANCIAL CAPACITY:

As a minimum, the Bidder must provide proof that it has access to financial resources such as working capital of recent year, lines of credit, and other financial means to meet the cash flow requirement of US$15,000,000.00 and its current contract commitments.

ii. EXPERIENCES:
Extent of the Bidders experience in supply contract of similar nature and magnitude
As minimum, the Bidder must provide proof that it has satisfactorily completed one (1) similar contract within the last 5 years (at least 50,000,000 liters of fuel supplied annually)
