   Participation in this bidding process is open to all interested international and national suppliers. The following are the minimum qualification criteria:

Contracts of Similar Size and Nature (Supply of Vehicles)
The Bidder should have demonstrated experience as a prime contractor, joint venture member or management contractor in undertaking similar projects with at least 2 similar projects successfully implemented during the last 10 years where the aggregate value of the contract equal to or exceeds the following for each lot and these similar projects have been successfully completed or substantially completed.
• Lot 1: USD 200,000
• Lot 2: USD 400,000
The similarity of the supplier participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics of the contract.

Soundness of the Bidder's Financial Position
Submission of audited balance sheets or, if not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, for the last three (3) years. A Bidder's net worth calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.

Cash Flow Capacity
Available working capital of recent year or cash in bank or stand-by line of credit from a financial institution to meet the project cash flow requirement it’s current contracts commitment for each lot:
• Lot 1: USD 100,000
• Lot 2: USD 200,000

The maximum budget allocated for this assignment as follow:
• Lot 1: USD 598,000
• Lot 2: USD 1,002,000

A Bid Security is required. The Bid Security for each lot as follow:
• Lot 1: USD 6,000
• Lot 2: USD 10,000
