The Millennium Challenge Account-Morocco has received financing from the Millennium Challenge Corporation toward the cost of the “Education and Training for Employability and Land Productivity projects” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the “Acquisition, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of technical-educational equipment intended for Vocational Training Institutes benefiting from the financial support of the Charaka Fund:
Lot S1: Small kitchen equipment
Lot S2: Kitchen, restaurant and foyer appliances
Lot S3: Bench with dental work plan
Lot S4: Laboratory equipment
Lot S5: Aluminum carpentry assembly and assembly table and aluminum carpentry handling support
Lot S6: Shelving


For the Projects:
1. Institut de Formation dans les Métiers de l’Elevage de BELLOTA (IFME Bellota) (CFP 79) ;
2. Institut de Formation dans les métiers de la santé et de l'action sociale IFMSAS Beni Mellal (CFP 24) ;
3. Institut de Formation dans les métiers de la santé et de l'action sociale IFMSAS Oujda (CFP 32) ;
4. Institut de Formation dans les métiers de la santé et de l'action sociale IFMSAS Meknès (CFP 36) ;
5. Institut Spécialisé de Technologie Appliquée Had Soualem ISTA Had Soualem (CFP 27) ;
6. Institut Supérieur du Bâtiment de Casablanca (ISB-Casablanca) (CFP 28) ;
7. Institut de Formation dans les Métiers du Transport et de la Logistique Nouaceur (IFMTL Nouaceur) (CFP 56).

The Bidder may bid for one or more lots according to his capacities. Each lot is distinct with a separate contract.

MCC’s funding is appropriated by the U.S. Congress and obligated to the compact up-front, with no incremental or partial funding. So, when a contract is signed with an MCA Entity, money is already available to the MCA Entity and, for most contracts, invoices are paid directly to Suppliers by the US Treasury. MCA-Morocco now invites bids from eligible bidders for the “Acquisition, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of technical-educational equipment intended for Vocational Training Institutes benefiting from the financial support of the Charaka Fund”.

Bidding will be conducted through the Shopping procedures as specified in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the PPG.
