The Millennium Challenge Account-Morocco has received financing from the Millennium Challenge Corporation toward the cost of the “Education and Training for Employability and Land Productivity projects” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the “Acquisition of furniture equipment intended for Vocational Training Institutes benefiting from the financial support of the Charaka Fund : Lot T1 : Acquisition of Office Furniture”

• Institut Pluridisciplinaire des Métiers de la Logistique et de l'Industrie FAHS ANJRA (IPMLI Fahs Anjra)
• Institut de Formation dans les métiers de la santé et de l'action sociale IFMSAS Beni Mellal
• Institut Spécialisé de Technologie Appliquée Had Soualem ISTA Had Soualem
• Institut Supérieur du Bâtiment de Casablanca (ISB-Casablanca)
• Institut de Formation dans les métiers de la santé et de l'action sociale IFMSAS Oujda
• Institut de Formation dans les métiers de la santé et de l'action sociale IFMSAS Meknès
• Institut Spécialisé des Métiers de l'Aéronautique et de Logistique Aéroportuaire casablanca-Nouaceur (ISMALA Nouaceur)
MCC’s funding is appropriated by the U.S. Congress and obligated to the compact up-front, with no incremental or partial funding. So, when a contract is signed with an MCA Entity, money is already available to the MCA Entity and, for most contracts, invoices are paid directly to Suppliers by the US Treasury. MCA-Morocco now invites bids from eligible bidders for the “Acquisition, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of technical-educational equipment intended for Vocational Training Institutes benefiting from the financial support of the Charaka Fund”.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Selection (“CB”) procedures as specified in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the PPG.
A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application at the following address: procurement@mcamorocco.ma.

Attendance is strongly advised for all prospective Bidders or their representatives but is not mandatory.
Bids must be submitted electronically no later than June 2nd, 2022, at 3 p.m (Rabat time) only via the following link: https://www.dropbox.com/request/YzGDk0NCKYliCIHi4tTt.
Please note that Bids submitted by paper or by email shall not be accepted.

Bid Security is forty-five thousand Moroccan Dirhams (45 000 MAD).

The Bid Security must be submitted in accordance with the provisions of clauses IS 24.3 (c) and IS 24.3 (j) of the Bid Data Sheet at the address below.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend via the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84011004826 on June 6th 2022 at 4 p.m (Rabat time).
