   The Office of TIC TIMOR I.P invites bona fide national/international bidders for the SUPPLY OF PRIMARY INTERNET BANDWIDTH SERVICES FOR TIC TIMOR I.P
which will be funded from OGE 2022 appropriations. Any interested bidder may participate in tender process.
The bid shall comprise of two sealed envelopes submitted simultaneously, one called the Technical Bid and the other the Price Bid, both sealed envelopes enclosed together in an outer single sealed envelope. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee and in the amount specified in the Bidding Documents.

Interested bidders can request the electronic version of bid document in PDF format at free of cost by sending email to procurement@tic.gov.tl This initiative is part of e-government and green initiatives taken by TIC TIMOR I.P. Last date for collection of electronic version of bid documents is latest by 19 May by 17:00 local time.
The latest time for request of bid document is May 19, 2022, on 17:00 local time.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the same address as mentioned in the Bid Document on Date: 24 May 2022 Time: 10:00 local time.
Bids must be received at the same address as mentioned in the Bid Document, no later than Date: 3 June 2022, Time: 09:30 local time. Bids received after this date and/or time will not be accepted and automatically rejected.

The Bid Opening shall be opened on Date: 3 June 2022, Time: 10:00 local time at the same address as mentioned in the Bid Document and in the presence of bidder’s and/or bidders’ representatives.
