The objective of the Abidjan-Lagos Trade and Transport Facilitation Project (ALTTFP) for Africa is to reduce trade and transport barriers in the ports and on the roads along the Abidjan-Lagos corridor in Ghana, Togo, and Benin. The purpose of this restructuring is to the reallocation of resources of the categories in the financing agreement for grant number H5490 which was signed with the Government of the Republic of Togo on April 7, 2010. To that end, an amount of about XDR 1,860,000 (equivalent to about US dollar 2,780,000) from category two would be moved to category one; and categories three and four will remain as they are. There will be no major changes to the project. Results framework and monitoring and the Project Development Objectives (PDO) remain unchanged.
