| The National Water Commission has received a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) toward the cost of the Kingston Metropolitan Area Water Supply Improvement Programme, and it intends to apply part of the loan proceeds of to payments under the contract for the rehabilitation of 26 Water Supply Facilities (KSA/W4). Bidding will be governed by the IDB’s eligibility rules and procedures. | ||||
