After 18 months of planning and several years of strong partnership, the National Community Land Trust Network and Cornerstone Partnership have formed a new organization–bringing together an extensive network of member practitioners from local communities who have a deep understanding of best practices for the sector.

This year, they have rolling out their new look and expanded offerings at Grounded Solutions Network as they transition away from the respective websites and bring everything they members and partners need into one, central place right here.

They will be sharing more about their evolving ideas for how they will work together to meet their collective goals, influence the nation and realize their vision: Thriving, inclusive communities that last.
