Cimade is primarily a vast network of members, volunteers and supporters throughout France. True grassroots of the association, the Movement Cimade is organized into 85 local groups meeting in 13 regions. Regional posts, composed of permanent and located in several major cities in France, promote the development of activities of La Cimade.

These different antennas act locally with foreign people and engage in projects supported by the entire Cimade.

The Cimade aims to demonstrate active solidarity with the oppressed and exploited.
