Knox Infolink is a not-for-profit community organisation providing a wide range of information such as unemployment, health issues, financial hardship, homelessness, material aid. Information includes local, state and national services.

They provide emotional support and referral services and to ensure that individuals and groups have equal access to information about their rights, responsibilities and services available, in order to be independent and effective members of the community.

Employing community development principles in their mode of operation, they offer clients relevant, comprehensive and accurate information, support and referral services to assist people to become more independent and contributing members of the community.

They are the main provider of Emergency Relief assistance in providing Food Parcels for the City of Knox, their aim being to help and assist the citizens of Knox who are finding themselves in necessitous circumstances.
