Premio Nobel de Paz en 1091 y 1946.
Fundación de la Cruz Roja en 1963 por Jean Henry Director de la YMCA de Suiza.
Apoyo de la igualdad de género desde 1859.
Pioneros en el desarrollo de técnicas de trabajo con grupos, promoción social y educación en valores.
Realización de los primeros campamentos educativos en Colombia y el Mundo.
La creación de los primeros programas con refugiados de guerra.
Precursores de programas sociales con enfoque preventivo.
Creación del Basketball, Voleibol, Futbol Sala y Racketball.
