In accordance with article 65 (11) and article 90 no.2 of Decree Law no. 22/2022 of 11 May, the National Procurement Commission would like to announce the award to the following contract:

As stated in the Bidding document- ITB (Clause 27), and in accordance with the applicable law (article 62 (11) of Decree Law no. 22/2022 of 11 May), the purchaser shall open the Price Bids of only the Bidders who are technically qualified based on the result of the Technical Evaluation. The result of technical lowest and responsive bid as follow:
