notice_summary_english: Unrestricted tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PPL. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagents for coagulation together with the lease of a coagulation analyzer and service support for the analyzer owned by the Ordering Party, model ACL TOP 550, for the Diagnostic Laboratory of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form
The required minimum technical and functional parameters of the leased item and reagents are included in Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ
Information regarding the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration includes: attachments:
• Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract, based on the principles of successive deliveries
• Annex No. 3a to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract regarding the subject of the lease and the servicing of the analyzer
