Of The Public Tender, Year 2024 Of Subsidies For The Acquisition Of Water Use Rights By Natural Persons, Indigenous Communities And/Or Part Of An Indigenous Community, Who Occupy Rural Territories And Have Insufficient Water Use Rights, Or Do Not Possess Them Requiring Access These. Additionally, Provide Legal And Technical Advice To Conadi Beneficiaries Who Have Already Acquired Water Use Rights In Previous Years, Between Natural Persons, Indigenous Communities Or A Part Of Them, Who Have Registered Such Rights In The Respective Real Estate Registrar. , Maintain Pending Administrative Actions Related To The Current Legislation Of The Water Code, Which Must Be Executed Through Procedures In The General Directorate Of Water Of The Ministry Of Public Works (D.G.A.), Mainly Related To The Registration Of Those Rights In The Public Cadastre Of Waters (C.P.A.) And/Or Rectification, To The Transfer Of The Exercise Of The Acquired Waters And Registration Of The Transfer In The Respective Real Estate Registrar. (EXPIRED)
