The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe) For Community Agents. The Market Consists Of Two Lots Identified As Follows: - Ppe For Service Ladies; - Ppe For Technical Service Agents. The Ppe And Their Technical Specifications Are Detailed In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). As An Ancillary Matter, The Buyer Reserves The Right To Make Purchases Outside Of Bpu From The Holder Of This Contract. They Will Relate To Products Of The Same Nature. These Purchases Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Catalog, At The Public Price, To Which A Percentage Of Discount Granted By The Holder In The Act Of Commitment Will Be Applied. The Contract Involves The Provision Of Samples Which Will Determine The Validity Of The Offers Presented. The Expected Samples Are Detailed In The Bpu. As Part Of This Contract, The Holder Undertakes To Organize At Least One Locker Room Day.
