The Technical Characteristics Relating To The Equipment To Be Hired Are Specified And Described In Point 3 And Following Of The Technical Specifications (Hereafter Pptp) Which Governs This Contract, And The Servers To Be Supplied By The Manufacturer Nutanix Must Be Certified. Scope: The Scope Of The Supply Contract For The Three Servers, With The Characteristics Described In Point 3.1 Of The Ppt, Will Also Include The Following Benefits: - The License Or The Necessary License Indicated And Described In The Pptp; - The Delivery Of The Various Identified Accessory Elements; - And The Repair Of The Supplied Servers, In The Event That Any Incident Or Breakdown Occurs Or If They Manifest Any Problems In Their Operation, During The Warranty Period. The Contractor Must Ensure 24X7 Support From The Manufacturer, For All The Infrastructure Offered, During This Warranty Period, Having To Have The Official Certificate In Force Attesting To The Partner Status Authorized By The Manufacturers Of The Products.
