The Laboratory Initiated Proposal Ctn2300355 To Contract The Necessary Maintenance For 4 Years, Which Included 19 Lots, For A Total Amount Of €658,500.00 Without Vat. The Case Started In May 2023 And Ended At The End Of November 2023, A Total Of 15 Lots Were Awarded And 4 Were Canceled Or Deserted, Publication Of 10/25/2023. Among The Deserted Lots Were Found Nº 9 And Nº 19 Corresponding To These Two Lots Of The Present Contract. In Both Cases The Potential Supplier'S Justification Was That They Could Not Access The Procurement Platform In Time. The Contract Includes The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The Two Test Equipment Of The Aca Laboratory. These Laboratory Equipment Require Constant Maintenance In Order To Keep Them In Optimal Conditions To Be Able To Carry Out The Determinations That Are Required Of Us In The Laboratory. This Includes Preventive Maintenance Once Or Twice A Year Depending On The Use And Wear Of The Equipment, And Corrective Maintenance To Quickly And Effectively Deal With Breakdowns That May Arise Over The Course Of A Year And Provide Good Service To Our Customers. Non-Contracting Will Involve Wear And Tear Of Parts And Possibly More Unforeseen Breakdowns Of Our Laboratory Equipment, Which Means A Delay In Analysis Deadlines, Hiring Of Minors And More Costly Breakdowns. It Is Requested To Contract The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The Two Instruments, And Due To The Specificity Of The Same They Are Separated Into Two Different Batches. If Any Anomaly Is Detected In The Operation Of An Instrumental System, The Company Must Propose The Repair Service Within 1 Week At Most. These Actions Are Specific And Unplanned, But Action Should Be Taken Urgently. (EXPIRED)
