The Object Of The Project Is The Restoration Of The Facades And The Lantern Of The Building Of "Can Dachs" Where Since November 1997 It Has Been Converted Into Casa De La Vila. This Improvement Action Has No Impact On The Environment Where It Is Developed Since It Is An Improvement Of An Existing Heritage Asset. It Is A Building Built At The End Of The 19Th Century Which Has A Large Garden. It Is Almost Square In Plan And Consists Of A Ground Floor And Two Upper Floors, Covered On Four Sides With A Central Lantern. In The Center Of The Building There Is A Staircase That Connects To The Upper Floors. The Top Is Crowned By A Lantern With Colored Glass That Illuminates The Entire Central Body Of The Building. The Base Of The Ground Floor, The Frame Of The Openings And The Railings Are Of Cut Stone. The Building Has Three Facades: The East Facade, The Main One Located In Plaça De Mossèn Cinto Verdaguer, The South Facade Which Overlooks The Gardens, And The North Facade Which Overlooks The Main Street.
