notice_summary_english: Unrestricted tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PPL. The subject of the order is "Successive deliveries of various disposable equipment for the Provincial Hospital in Kielce".
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form.
Information on the principles of delivery, guarantee and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the public procurement contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ draft provisions of the public procurement contract, in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task of this procedure.
Package No. 1 – Filters, hemodialysis needle inserts for Nephrology
Package No. 2 – pH-metric catheters
Package No. 3 – Chest drainage set, pleural puncture set, suction drains
Package No. 4 – Catheters introduced using the Seldinger method
Package No. 5 – Flushing syringes
Package No. 6 – Sensors, lamp covers, phototherapy glasses
Package No. 7 – Consumable accessories for premature babies and newborns
Package No. 8 – Breathing circuits for anesthesia machines
Package No. 9 – Kidney biopsy needles
Package No. 10 – Accessories for respiratory therapy for premature babies and newborns
Package No. 11 – Closed humidification system
Package No. 12 – Needles for peripheral nerve blocks
