Regarding Collective Sanitation: The Community Of Municipalities In The East Of The Somme (Cces) Exercises Collective Sanitation Competence In The Following Municipalities: Rethonvillers, Mesnil Saint Nicaise, Nesle, Matigny, Voyennes, Offoy, Hombleux, Esmery-Hallon, Eppeville, Ham, Muille-Villette, Brouchy And Pithon.
